We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Germany.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

· Monitor trades working across the site to ensure compliance with site protocols

· Attend weekly AMC meetings and represent site compliance status

· Control and manage label transfer processes to trades

· Support in EHS audits

· Support in generating permits to work

· Support in onboarding new staff

· Support in system walkdowns

· Support QA on audits

Key Skills and Competencies:

· 2+ years in a fast paced, administrative environment

· Fluent Germany speaker

· A working knowledge of EHS and quality assurance practices on construction sites

· Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with trades, client representatives, and construction teams

· Previous experience in a cleanroom or highly regulated construction environment – Desirable***
